Firefighters got the blaze under control in 10 minutes.

Hero firefighters rushed into a burning Bronx apartment yesterday and rescued a panicked teenager.

Scott Mooney and Duane Davis of Ladder 58 pulled 15-year-old Caitlin Davila from the 10th floor of the Bronx River Houses.

"She was in a state of panic," said Capt. Joseph Principio.

The blaze was under control in 10 minutes. The girl was in stable condition at Jacobi Medical Center.

"It makes you feel good," said Davis, 31. "That's what we're here for."

The cause of the 6 a.m. fire was under investigation but did not appear to be suspicious, officials said.
