theBravest Adds New Live Fire Radio
Streams To It's FDNY Website
theBravest.com, the industry's leading live fire radio website recently added new live audio streams to improve the quality and coverage of the largest fire department in the world, the New York City Fire Department (FDNY). For years, the Staten Island fire radio shared the same frequency with da Bronx fire radio. Due to recent upgrades, theBravest has now been able to separate the radios from the two boroughs, enabling the listener the ability to choose which they would prefer to listen to. This is a tremendous improvement that will allow the listener to isolate and listen to major incidents in either borough without interference from the other. This has worked well over the last few weeks as evidenced by the 3-alarm fire on Longwood Avenue in da Bronx that temporarily trapped several firefighters.
theBravest also added a radio stream called "FDNY Scanner." This stream scans the fire radios of all five boroughs and allows the listener to hear that action throughout the entire City. This stream has quickly become one of the most popular streams with it's listeners.
theBravest broke new ground by adding it's first FDNY EMS streams, EMS Citywide 1 and EMS Citywide 2. The listener will be able to listen to all the action throughout the City from a different perspective, the medical side of things. These streams often offer much more information on injuries at major fires and emergencies as well as other major disasters such as the plane splash in the Hudson River a few months ago.
