It was the quickest bank bailout New York will ever see.

FDNY medics Glenn Steinle and Jeffrey Jovin went to the Chase bank at 1380 Fulton St. in Brooklyn at about 4:30 p.m. yesterday to get some cash -- and wound up treating patients and evacuating the building in a carbon-monoxide scare.

Their carbon-monoxide meters -- issued by the FDNY just last week -- registered sky-high levels as the medics waited in line for an ATM.

They treated six people complaining of headaches, nausea and dizziness.
