Cortlandt Manor, N.Y.: In the paper Jan. 14 was a picture of two people celebrating a jury finding them too ignorant to realize that erecting a wall in an apartment could block access to a fire escape, causing two firefighters a horrific death. The fact that they celebrated confirms that they do not belong free among us.
