More than 20 people were hurt Tuesday when a New York City bus and Fire Department truck crashed in Brooklyn. It happened shortly after 11 a.m. at Mother Gaston Boulevard and Hegeman Avenue. Most of the victims suffered minor injuries.

The fire truck reportedly belonged to Ladder Co. 103.

Sixteen civilians and two firefighters had minor injuries. Two firefighters reportedly sustained serious injuries.

The cause of the crash was not immediately known.
