SI 'Horror House'- Slain Marshal's Kids Ordered from Foster Home

The kids of an FDNY fire marshal allegedly slain by their mom were ordered removed from a Staten Island foster home last night after a judge heard it was "a little house of horrors" featuring life-sized statues of ghouls and dangling swords.
